With a massive size of 2.1 million square feet and a staggering $4.2 billion in funding, Terminal 6 at John F. Kennedy Airport has generated a significant amount of construction debris.  DELLA Mst has taken the initiative to recycle this debris effectively, showcasing our sustainability commitment.

As the project nears completion, we take pride in playing a crucial role in its creation. 

LaGuardia’s Terminal B, built in 1964 was demolished and for eight million annual passengers, was overwhelmed by 14 million users prior to its demolition, leading to severe space limitations and delays. DMST was honored to have provided hazmat debris removal efficiently and safely.  To address the inefficiencies and accommodate future demands, a comprehensive redevelopment was proposed to unify the terminal, expand access, and enhance passenger amenities. 

The Barclay Center is a world-renowned arena that has become a staple of New York City's finest. Home to the Brooklyn Nets and a venue for numerous other talented individuals, it has hosted some of the most extraordinary events in the world.  DELLA Mst

was thrilled to provide the Barclay Center with construction debris removal services, ensuring that all environmental sustainability goals were met. We are proud to have contributed to the success of this iconic venue and look forward to continuing our partnership. 

DELLA Mst was very proud to have worked with Stony Brook University Hospital on Project C Parking Garage Construction.  Project C had executed and targeted the Hospital Garage. It entailed the removal of asphalt, as well as contaminated soil to progress comprehensive concrete restoration, replacement of reinforcement bars and installation of new expansion joints.   Drainage, and piping was also generated work for DELLA on Project C providing debris removal in a safe efficient manner.
